Rachel has been running a fever th past 3 days. No other symptoms and when she takes advil she acts completely normal.. Any suggestions as to whats going on?

My son Hunter does that from time to time, no other symptoms and acts almost normal...I was never able to get anything from the doc..just some virus that he was fighting off.

My neighbor across the street..her little boy has had this the past few days. She took him to the ped yesterday and they said it's part of a virus going on right now.

Thanks. I am keeping her home from school. I hate it since she acts fine but no sense in getting other sick or making her feel bad. I never thought of a bladder infection.. I will ask her if it hurts when she pee's.
