Oh dear, what a bummer. Chloe was a Nutramigen baby for 9 months. The stuff not cheap and kinda stinkie.
I hope shes feeling better soon.

Aw I am sorry it didn't work out Donna We didn't catch Braydens dairy allergy in time my pedi says because of this he is still allergic to the protien. The longer you hold off on it the better chance she has of out growing the allergy. I was also told to lay of alot of dairy when I became pg again to try and avoid another child with allergies so you might want to think of that as well (I know it is a pita ) I hope she out grows this soon so you can start saving some money!

Donna,
If I remember correctly (We were very sleep deprived with her) we just went to half Nutramigen and half simalic low iron for a few weeks then just straight simalic low iron. She wasn't on it due to allergies though, She was a very sensitive baby and for some reason the simalic and every other formula back then hurt her stomach and constipated her.

Donna I'm sorry it didn't work They told us we could try the Gentlease with Michael, now i'm scared.

Are you giving Rylie the powder or ready to feed? We are doing the RTF, and it's 7.79/can at Target. Is your Dr able to help you with samples or coupons? The nurse at my peds office told me no one ever askes and she has cases of samples...she always loads me up..she gave me 50 5.00/off coupons for Nutramagin...i think I got 9 cans for 20.00. Not bad..he goes through a can or a can and a half a day. Let me know if it's powder..i've seen it for as cheap as 18.99/can here too. And we don't use the powder ( i keep a can in the car for emergencies) I think I might have a couple sample cans i can send you if that would help. We got so caught up in talking about the big switch that i forgot to ask about samples last week, but i will call and ask if you are doing powder

HUGS Donna!! Poor little Rylie!! I've had a hard time I attempted to switch formula on Carson too. He will only take Good Start for what ever reason.

I think they just get so use to something that when you try & switch it up on them it just doesn't sit in their tummy the same.
