Default What's on the menu?

I know we've talked about lunch before but I'm curious to see what our babies daily menu looks like. Plus I need some new ideas

I think Rylie is a light eater

Today's menu
9:15 - bowl of graduates mixed fruit cereal
9:30 - 4oz diluted juice
10:45 - handfull of goldfish
11:30 - 6oz milk
2:30 - 1/2 can of macaroni & beef (microwave kids meal things) and 4oz diluted juice
4:00 - 6oz milk
6:00 - ham, potatoes, corn and carrots
8:00 - 8oz milk

Normally she has a second snack shortly before her afternoon nap (puffs, crackers, cheerios, applesause)

Wake up Breastmilk (he was also up nursing several times last night. I hope it is just teeth coming in)
8:30 When we get to daycare he gets cereal (still the baby stuff. His Ped wants him on that beacuse of being anemic) and a Dole cup of fruit, water
10:00 My break time so breastmilk and a whole wheat rice cake
Lunch hard boiled egg, carrot sticks, grapes, whole wheat noodles with a bit of tomato sauce, water
2:00 apple slices and animal crakers, water
3:00 my break so breastmilk
When we got home around 5:00 he had frozen peas and carrots
Dinner chicken, brown rice and cooked peas and carrots, water
Bed time breastmilk

Donna for lunches I usually just pack him some dinner from the night before. So tommorow he gets chicken rice and veggies for lunch.

Hmmmm, yesterday looked a little something like...

wake up - rice milk
breakfast - rice cereal with apples, bananas, and plums

snack - a cupcake (ok, so not the healthiest thing in the world, but it was GF/DF/EF - and sweetened with orange juice and bananas. - LOL!)

Lunch - brown rice, peas, carrots, & plums

snack - GF Arrowroot cookies & orange juice

dinner - I'm unsure, because I had to work last night and daddy fed him dinner.

Today - rice milk at wake up, followed by a hash brown for breakfast

he'll have some arrowroot cookies for his snack.

Both kids with have Quinoa salad for lunch.
I'm not sure what snacks and foods he'll have later on, just yet!

Yesterday

Wake up and nurse (normally nurse 2x before I crawl out of bed)

Breakfest - I don't recall feeding her anything - today it was maderin oranges which she played with, 1/2 piece of toast with pear marmalade on it, a few sips of water and a few sips of my skim milk

Nurse before heading off to DC

At daycare she gets snacks/lunch/ and breakfest if they are having it still when she gets there. She now eats what the other kids eat. Some times she gets the toddler graduate meals.

She normally has 2-5 ozs of breastmilk at DC, along with any water, juice, or whole milk.

Pick up from daycare and head home and nurse between 5:00 - 6:00 (ussually 20-30 min nursing)

Yesterday I gave her a choclate chip cookie - but I think she only ate about 1/4 of one and fed me the rest.

Supper was 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwhich

Went to grand opening and sampled some Cheeseshopke Cheesecake (of my was that good - Liriel just held onto the tiny spoons until we got home)

A few veggie puffs at the grocery store

Got home and fed her a tablespoon or so of left over chicken and 1/2 container of vanilla yogurt. She also had water and a few bites of apple.

Nursed her to sleep

Nursed several times in the middle of the night

I also offer water her and there during the day - she often drinks it out of my cup if I have some.
