Default Vitamins?

Anyone give vitamin supplements for their picky eaters? Any suggestions on ways to increase eating fruits and veggies? Jake is living on vanilla yogurt and grilled cheese with chasers of goldfish. I keep trying other things but get shot down regularly. He just started beng interested in deli turkey and shredded mozzerella cheese. The pedi suggested the vitamin drops but I am hesitant-what do you guys think?

With that picky of an eater - assuming day in and day out of this diet - it might not be a bad idea. For what it's worth, I was told Gerber tastes the best.

I go back and forth on this subject. I keep thinking that it would be best to start vitamins because she is so picky. A friend told me to mix it with a little juice and get her to take them that way. I know she won't take them straight.
