No more bottle!!
We did it!!
Last week I bought the Nuby sippy cups with handles and the Nuby insilated cups with straws and I took the bottle away.
Since then he hasn't whined about wanting his bottle. The bottles are out of sight and GONE!
Also we're not feeding at night before bed anymore. We started a whole new routine that works great. I offer him formula with dinner and he goes back & forth between both, then immediately after dinner it's bath time then he usually gets out of the bath at 7pm and then we go straight into his room for him to play for 20 mins and then straight in the crib he goes. He'll talk for a good 10, sometimes 20 minutes but then he goes right to sleep.

Re: No more bottle!!
Well done!!!!!! I'm heading to the store for some Nuby cups today. You can't beat them for the price. We are on sippys during the day, breast in the AM and bottle at night. We're doing better, but it's slow going for us. Anyone know how much milk they should get at 1 year old? I heard 16 ounces a day, but not sure.

Re: No more bottle!!
Yes, it was such an easy transition, I couldn't believe it. I'm pretty sure it's because the Nuby cups have that soft spout like a bottle.
