I fired the technician that was giving me a headache (literally). I feel such relief! HR was with me through the process and I had 2 guys right outside the door listening in. He didn't say anything. He listened to my review (I basically read off what I had written down) and told him that he didn't meet the expectations set forth by the company and we were terminating his employment. When asked if he had any questions or wanted to say anything he just shook his head. HR then asked for his employee card and told him he could go. I'm still worried about him showing up and causing problems or messing with my car, but he needed to be let go and it's done now. Phew!
