Wow, so it has been a long while since I posted on here. I do get a chance at least once a week to read posts but I never really have time to reply or post anything of my own.
Clarysa is getting so big. Call me crazy but she is already scooting all over the place and rolling from both tummy and back. She is starting to giggle and laugh and she loves to babble. We call her bubbles because she like to blow bubbles with her mouth. Her nickname and now unofficial name is Rysa. I really like it, it fits her well. I am still breast feeding. It is going amazing. I never knew I would love it so much. Although now that it is 95 degrees outside, it gets pretty sticky fast.
Cayten is growing so fast. He has been completely potty trained for about a month now. I LOVE not having to change multiple diapers, especially the stinky ones from Cayten. He is a jabber box. He loves to talk and I swear he has the vocabulary of a four year old at two and a half. He loves to go swimming and play outside the most. We are doing preschool out of my home with a few other neighbor kids. It is really like a glorified play group but it is fun for him. He hast to have his tonsils and adnoids out soon. He snores like a man and one tonsil goes past his hangy bob. This has created sleeping problems because he can't breathe at night so he wakes up a million times and is taking one if not two 2-3 hour naps a day. We will find out this Thursday what is going on with that.
Cris and I are doing well. He finally found a job. It is more temporary than anything but temporary as in 1-2 years. That is how long we hope to stay in our house while he gets certified in actuarism. We had to get a job so he could pay to take all the tests wich are $250 a pop. Our house is wonderful. We got sod in the front and back yard. I don't have any areas for flowerbed yet. They are designated but just weeds right now. We also have an area for a garden that didn't get planted this year as well as an area for future swing set, slide, and sanbox or whatever other toys there may be.
I'm glad things are going well. Wish I could say my kid was 100% potty trained. I had 2 toddlers in potty training mode this weekend and neither likes to poop in the pot, so many dirty pairs of underwear. My mother's comment was "That's what my life was like once." (7 kids in 10 years will do that to a woman. )
Giving away FREE crotch extenders -- do I have any takers??
I've been missing ya girl! Sounds like things are falling in to place for you guys. WTG on the potty training!!
We went through the same thing with Lauryn's tonsils and adenoids. Having them out was the best thing we could've done. She was such a crab 100% of the time because of no quality sleep and she wouldn't eat because she couldn't swallow. Don't let them put it off too long. Get it done and over with. The snoring stopped for us almost immediately and so did the cough.

But does she sleep now? That's what inquiring minds want to know.
