I tried this last night, and it was soooo good!

Put chicken breasts (bonless skinless) into crock pot and cover with 1 jar of your favorite salsa. Cook until done(i usually go about 6-8 hrs, and i break the chicken up a little while it's cooking) Serve over rice....it's sooo yummy!
