Ingredients
beef(I used 8lbs precut for stew -got it on sale at Walmart):yay
one can of ginger ale or 7up or sprite(i used ginger ale)
one packet of mrs grass onion soup
one can of cream of mushroom soup
one packet of brown gravy mix
cornstarch for thickening
Place beef in slow cooker, pour over top onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and ginger ale. Mix well...cook on high for 3.5-4 hrs or low 5.5-6 hrs...(add a little cornstarch to thicken sauce if necessary before serving)eat over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
For quick and easy cleanup use a slow cooker line(I love those things). It smells awesome...Ed keeps walking in the kitchen checking to see what the timer says because he wants to eat it now.
