I am trying to create invitations for the boys birthday party. I'm so un creative. I was wondering if someone wanted to take on the task? I will be more than happy to pay. I'd like to spend about 30.00 on invitations. I probably need 30 invites.

I'd like something that shows Dean will be 1, and Mike will be 3. I found some wording that I kind of like:

Dive on In
Come make a splash
Join us for a pool party bash

It's going to be a pool party BBQ.

If your up for the challenge, let me know! I'm happy if someone has a program to make them cute and then print them out on their printer.

usually what I do, is I have "balloons" computer paper that I got at Staples (it was $6.99 for the pack of 100)

and using Publisher, I create my own and print them out. I download clip art for whatever my "theme" is. I also google whatever the theme is Parties (for ex. this year we are doing Curious George, so I googled curious George birthday parties) It comes up with lots of websites, that have party ideas, invitations to make and wording, games, cakes anything party related.

I'd use MS Word and just print out what you want to say on the invitation. I can't imagine anywhere you'd be able to find custom made invitations for $1.00 a piece. The card stock alone will cost more than that.

Why not find some of the blank card stock invitations at somplace like Hobby Lobby, and print them out? That would be much cheaper. I make my kids invitations and that's how I do it. $5.99 or so for 10 invitations....and the ink from my printer plus time. Much cheaper.
