Yes it does. CS2 is more for people doing high end graphics manipulation, Elements was created for the home user. You cant manipulate as much in Elements but unless you are a graphic designer you will never notice the difference. Elements is also alot easier to use and you can find tons of Tutorials on the web, as well as free actions to help you manipulate things very easy. I have a bunch of actions that were free that I can send you if you decide to go with Elements.
