I've done that. At my local Kohls store, sets that are $9.99 in other stores are $13.99 in their store. So is more like 20% off compared to other stores. Though some are the same price. I also picked up one of the large ones that is supposedly "exclusive" to Kohls.

All the ones they had there were $9.99 plus the really large sets were $29.99 the only thing that was near to $13.99 was the larger cars which were $14.99 which is the same as TRU.

Must be just your Kohls out in the boonies that is so expensive....
