It's not a bar ,but I found some cereal that it pretty good dry. You could throw it in a baggie and go. It's Kashi Go Lean Crunch Honey Almond Flax.
It's really yummy over yogurt.

Jessica, I tried that cereal and it gave me wicked gas. I thought it was funny, but my co-workers may not It must've been the flax in it because I've had their other cereal and didn't have that problem. It was so bad that after about 1/2 a box I gave up and tossed it.

That's what all the vitamins added to the cereal are for don't ya know! You could try different cereal than rice crispies and add more cereal than recipie asks for so there is less marsh mellow per serving.

What about banana bread or similar? Cut up a few slices and eat them on the go. I normally just buy granola bars myself - and throw those in my lunch bag for breakfast when I don't get breakfast before leaving for work - which is most days.
