Okay, so I am making Buffalo Chicken Dip for the Super Bowl tomorrow and it is a family favorite, so I thought I would share the recipe :)
Ingredients: Four Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (mine are usually frozen) One Bottle of your favorite hot sauce (I use Hooter's Wing Sauce, but Texas Pete or Frank's will do) One 16 oz. Bottle of Ranch Dressing Two 8 oz packages of cream cheese One 8 oz. package of sharp cheddar chese One Bag Frito's Scoops Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Boil the chicken breasts until cooked (usually 30 minutes) Take the chicken breasts and shred or dice and place in a baking dish Then pour desired amount of Hot Sauce on top of chicken In a pan, over medium low heat, add the packages of cream cheese and entire bottle of ranch dressing (watch the mixture, if it gets too hot, it will bubble and pop) mix until mixture is smooth and there are no lumps Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken Top the dish with the entire bag of cheddar cheese Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly Use Frito's scoops to dip with Enjoy!! |
