You just combine 10oz can of coke, a bottle of BBQ sauce, and chicken, and slow cook until chicken shreads...

We did it with that pork tenderloin. I should say that Dh did it. He didn't want to use coke (he said it just didn't sound right ), so he used a can of beer and it was wonderful! Easy clean up too. That's important when I leave Dh to cook. If he's left to his own devices then he uses EVERY pot and pan in the house

Koloe

Heat breaks down the alcohol. Any left by the time you eat it is negligible. Or so I've been told. I know I can not taste alcohol in food cooked with it and I hate the taste of alcohol, so I would think it's true. Though each type of booze leaves it's own "flavor" behind.
