Working Hard Keeping the Hussy's In Line

My weekly 'regulars' consist of:
Spaghetti w/ lean meat and wheat noodles Chicken quesadilla's w/ light cheese Macaroni casserole (macaroni noodles topped w/ spag sauce, hamb. meat and amer cheese w/ sauted onions &peppers) of course, the standard chix nuggets and baked ffries when in a hurry! tacos, refried beans and spanish rice grilled chicken salad breakfast for dinner! - pancakes or cream of wheat! heck-sometimes we even do just cereal! For chicken, lately I've been cooking it in the crockpot-either making sweet & sour chix over brown rice or chicken w/ cream of mushroom over rice. Tonight, we are having a gourmet meal that Katelynn cooked - Hot dogs and mac n cheese! ![]() to add:I also make a killer chix pot pie and no-bake lasagna too Last edited by belinda; 01-03-2008 at 08:25 PM. |

Here is a simple one:
Cook rice cook ground turkey and green pepper together mix ingredents add a can of any kind of tomatos you like (Rotel, or flavored tomatos) sprinkle in some cheese(what ever you have in the fridge) and voila! You can put it in tacos, in peppers, or just eat it like that. I keep some aside and don't put the tomatos or cheese in it. It's my fav...quick and easy. I have also replaced all of my ground meat with ground turkey. Cheaper, and it tastes better to me!! |

Yes... I'm an arcade addict!!

Poor Lisa - that totally sucks! I always say I'd love to live up north and as much as I love the winter and snow is so much fun, I don't think I'd make it. Especially with the situation you are in.
I'm so impressed with everyone's cooking skills. I was all proud of my Sausage Chowder, but you all have a repitoire of recipes! |

well, my breadcrumb free meatloaf sucked, and it turned into meat for the left over spagetti sauce i had in the fridge. I had spagetti, and everyone else had meatloaf..we told Mike it was meatballs, since that is the only kind of meat he will eat...
