I eat dairy free too. It isn't that hard. For a substitute I use soy milk. Silk tastes almost like milk to me. There are a lot of recipes that you don't need milk or eggs. We eat a lot of chicken/fish and rice and soy beans (my fav!) Squash is also really easy to make and tastes awesome with a little bit of honey drizzled on it. I like it just plain too. We use it as a main dish a lot with fried veggies (in olive oil its healthier) Google dairy egg free recipes I am sure lots will come up. We eat gluten dairy free and I have found good recipes on the net. Good luck and have fun with it

i thaught it would be a lot harder than it is.....i was not a big milk drinker to begin with, so that wasn't a problem...it's cheese...i LOVE cheese, but i've been ok without it(i'm only on day 2
I see a difference in 2 days already, he's a much happier baby, and sleeping a lot better. we still have our 6 o'clock crying spell, but overnight he sleeps much better. |
