We got a 4 pack of different hot peppers and I know what to do with all of the expect the banana peppers. Of coarse this ends up being the plant that produces the most, They are coming out my ears!! Anyone have any recipes they like for these?

I like them on subs and salads. They might be good in a relish for dipping. I LOVE them and ate them while PG -- a lot!
