I got the best Christmas present this year!
|
Ok, we are in charge of food for one day. Breakfast, Lunch and DINNER. We have lunch and Dinner figured out but I am trying to come up with an easy Breakfast that won't take all morning. Even something that can be made the night before.
I need to feed between 16-20 people. HELP!! Oh the French toast bake is taken by someone else at the house. SO i can't use that. |

Rich said he was going to pass out bowls with a packet of oatmeal
. Melany is making a hashbrown bake w/ the french toast bake and one other thing. She said she is going to put everything together at night so it just goes in the oven and is done.I would like to make a couple of differenet quiches but I have never made one before and I thought they were hard< PLUS I don't know if I will have the right pans there, and i am not taking mine. |

Equal Opportunity Offender Hussy!

Here's a suggestion for something that can be prepared the night before:
BREAKFAST STRATA (BAKED EGGS) 5 slices day old bread 5 oz. ham, chopped 3 oz. sharp cheese, grated 1/2 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped 1/4 c. onion, chopped 4 lg. eggs 1 1/2 c. milk Sprinkle of pepper & paprika Arrange bread in the bottom of a glass 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle next 4 ingredients on top of bread. Beat eggs and milk together. Pour over vegetables. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for breakfast in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. |
