i made this cake a few weeks ago for my friend's baby shower and i forgot to show you guys. i was soooo nervous, it was the first time i had to make "the cake" for a shower.

my friend is a farmer, so i thought it would be fitting.



it was a carrot cake (my friend is also picky about trying to have as little sugar as possible) with cream cheese icing --> heavy on the food coloring though.

it was delicious!

I remember a post you did showing a cake you made for a wedding. It was beautiful. You do a great job with cakes. Mine never turn out the way I want them too.
