So for Tai's first b-day I am making him a tiger cake (we call him tiger and dh just LOVES the idea for a cake). I have never made a fancy cake before so I thought that I sould practice. I sprayed the pan really well but when I flipped it upside down to get the cake out, the bottom still stuck Does anyone know how you are suppose to keep the bottom of the cake from sticking to the pan?
