Working Hard Keeping the Hussy's In Line

Heather, I wouldn't mind your recipes for the baked french fries and Sweet potatoe fries. I have something very similar, where I coat the cut 'fries' in light italien salad dressing, and sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on it and bake it. The kids love it, and it's really low in points.

Giving away FREE crotch extenders -- do I have any takers??

I wrote down the recipe. Sounds Yummy!!! I cooked a recipe today that was yummy, but not sure of the points. If anyone can calculate the points that would be awsome, but I don't have a subscription on-line anymore for WW. This is from the Don't Panic, Dinner's in the Freezer" cookbook
Chicken Parisienne: 1/2 cup white wine 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup (low fat) 1/2 cup mushrooms (I used 1 cup) 1/4 cup flour 1 cup sour cream (low fat) 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts (recipe actually called for bone in breasts) serving day: salt and pepper paprika Makes 6 servings cooking day instructions: mix wine, soup, and mushrooms together. stir flour into sour cream and add to the soup mixture. place mixture together with chicken breasts in freezer bag. Freeze. serving day instructions: place chicken and sauce into crockpot. sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over top. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. serve with pasta or potatoes (I served with brown rice) I doubled this recipe and froze it into 3 seperate bags (4 breasts each). My only complaint is I always want more sauce |

I forgot to mention, for breakfast I usually eat on the go and grab a low-fat quaker chewy granola bar (90-120 cals) and weight watchers blueberry muffin. I also drink tons of tea. If I'm feeling peckish, I make tea and it usually curbs the appetite.
