Ok girls, while we are talking about food, maybe we could get a recipe trade going?

Here is the recipe for my mom's favorite side dish(she serves it as a main meal) She calls it Oriental Delight:

1 box Chicken Rice R Roni
1 cup white rice
ground beef

She cooks everything seperatly, and then combinds. It's like comfort food in my family. If i get real creative, i put A-1 sauce on it or something. I am going to make it along with chicken, but i need a cheap way to make the chicken....hmmmm......I am also making a Polish dish that the women in my family LOVE.....I can't wait!!(i have to make 2 seperate meals, cause no one but my mom and me likes the Polish dish... )
