That would be well within world wide norms for an age to breastfeed actually. One anthropologist said "normal" child led weaning for humans should be between 2.5 years and 7 years. (With variations on either side of course.) Obviously in the US people are amazed when they are nursing past 6 months or a year, let alone 2+ years.

Oh, I so keep giggling every time I see "Are you too old to breast-feed", I personally am at age 33 (I think my mom would have issues with it )! It's just one of those funny sentences that totally could be taken different and fu
