Still the best Christmas present EVER!
|
I changed the membrane last night. Didn't help. I did finally get 3 oz out but that was 1 hour plus and I know I had more. So I fed Tierney on that side this morning hoping she would empty me. I guess I shouldn't complain b/c I have extras, but I would really like to keep it that way!

Because I said so, that's why!

Do you pump while you nurse her or at a different time? Might help to pump on one side and nurse on the other. The morning is the best time to pump as well, as it's when your producing the most milk. For many women, the evening is probably the hardest time to pump.
Can you take a brief nap while pumping? need to use a hands free type set up of course. |

My uterus is screaming at me to MAKE MORE BABIES!!
|
Morning is for sure the best time to pump. My first session (at work when Loralei was nursing) was always at ;east as much as the last 2 combined! At one point I was gettin 8 or so ounces a breast in my AM pumping and only got about 4 out of each the second and sometimes the third, sometimes less on the third. I took well to pumping because I coached my breasts. Kind of like meditation.
