"Mom, put Ty back in your belly ~ he keeps touching my toys"
|
yuck! I never had it before and I have been weaning Ty to just 3 times a day-I think that did it and then also I have been working out and I had a too tight sports bra-but with 36Js what do you do?
Anyway I have a 102 fever and just feel crummy! My OBs office is closed and my PCP said I had to talk to them so I gotta wait until tomorrow to get antibiotics. And if that wasn't bad enough arrived today too! My first PPAF-and actully my first since pre-Jake!Alright, I am just complaining but if anyone has advice I will take it! |

Bottoms Up!
|
I'm SOO sorry!!!
![]() I got mastitis three times after having Carson when I was strictly pumping, which is why I stopped. The best thing you could do for 'the girls' would be to put a warm compress on them, like a warm wash cloth and gently massage them. I was prescribed antibiotics for it the same day as well, which helped. Hope you feel better soon. ![]() |

Because I said so, that's why!

Nurse, nurse, nurse - or pump - to flush it out of your system. The warm compress is good as well. You could also try putting cabbage leaves in your bra, wrapped around your breasts - this is often used to reduce supply as well. Sounds like you are weaning a little too fast for your body to handle.
I hope it clears up quickly. |

Yes... I'm an arcade addict!!

Oooo, I realy feel for you. I had it once after Carter was born and it was terrible. I recommend taking hot/warm showers with the water spraying gently on your breasts.
Rebecca is right - nurse, nurse, nurse. Lie in bed and have DH bring Ty to you, or pump if you have to. Maybe nurse in the shower? I used to do that a lot and it was very comforting. |
