Two questions- First I have a clogged duct in my armpit. I cannot get it to go away for the life of me. I have tried to massage it out but its really hard to reach there so I don't now how affective it is. I know heat is suppose to help too but so far nothing. Any ideas on how to get it out?

Second, on my other breast I have a knot that feels like it might be a blocked duct but it doesn't hurt at all and hasn't gone away with massaging. Is there a way to tell if it's a clogged duct or just weird lump?

Nurse, nurse, nurse. Let her nurse as much as she wants. Encourage her to nurse some more. You can also try some pumping.

Moist heat is suppose to help.

Where is the clogged duct, on the top, bottom or side? When I had one they showed me how to reposition in a different hold depending on where the clog was to help Kaitlyn nurse the clog out. No amt of compression or heat helped....nursing is the only thing that got rid of it.

The one side is acutally on the top of my breast, I can't figure out how to position her to get rid of that one. I have been trying to do the football hold for the one in my armpit but

If I remember correctly you are supposed to point her chin in the direction of the blocked duct. That might mean laying in bed and having her is some weird postition.
It's called nursing gymnastics.

yep that is exactly what you need to do...have her lay on top of you while you are laying on your back and basically have her lay on her belly on top of you...it is a bit of a pain in the butt to figure out but it will work.
