Everything I eat or drink comes right back out... I feel horrible... what do I do to make sure that my milk supply won't go away? Is there anything I can take?

Drink lots of liquids and nurse as much as the babe wants too. Most likely you supply will still drop some, but the on going nursing will help get it back up when you are feeling better.

I had been feeling that way since Wednesday night and finally today, I am feeling SO much better... now I am just trying to catch up on some cleaning Thank you ladies so much for the advice...
