I haven't been that great on pumping....but my right side isn't letting anything out...even when I nurse him, he nurses for like 5 minutes, and then gets frustrated cause nothing is coming out...He has no problems on the left side. When I started in the begining, the right side was the one that always made more...now where is it going? I've been drinking mothers milk tea, and really trying to up my water intake (i have not been very good with water) but nothing seems to be helping....any ideas?

Have you tried warm compresses before pumping/nursing? Or pump/nurse right after a hot shower - or nurse in the shower.

How's your iron? If you're anemic it will mess with your milk supply. Is he getting ONLY the breast/breastmilk? Drop the bottles and just keep nursing him.
Yes, your water intake needs to stay up. As does your caloric intake.

Some times - for unknown reasons - one side will pretty much dry up. But if that does happen, you can still successfully nurse with just the 1 side. But you might be a bit lopsided for awhile.

Pumping the off side while nursing might help. Maybe it just takes longer to get a let down on that side???
