I love my boys!!

How many calories does a Bf'ing mom need? Dean gets MAYBE 1 bottle a day, and I don't pump....(he only takes about 2 oz from the bottle, and he won't take it from me...)
I feel like i'm always hungry....since i stopped dairy. I'm just wondering if i'm eating enough calories. Also, is there a thing as too much protien? I eat a lot of it! TIA! |

Because I said so, that's why!

For a pregnant or lactating mother - protien is a good. You actually need MORE calories when nursing than when your pregnant. And if he's going through a growth spurth, you may need even more to keep up with his demands.
