Dean is having really bad reflux issues, and he won't nurse long enough to emplty me. I have been doing a little pumping, but he won't let me put him down...i'm sooo enourged!!

Koloe

Have you tried nursing him where you are sitting up. You have him kind of sitting up in front of you and nurse that way? So he is complety upright while you nurse him. They had a baby doing that at LLL last week - LLL leader said it was a really good position for reflux issues.
