whats left?
i have eliminated so many things from my diet, and i need some help with what i CAN eat...
here are my restictions:
no dairy
no soda
no wheat
no gassy veggies(the only thing he tolerates is lettuce)
no crystal light
no gatorade
no fried foods(i am able to cheat every now and then here)
i have been snacking on a whole turkey, and popcorn....the popcorn seemed to bother him, so now i have to cut that out....whats left for me to snack on that is healthy, and low in calories?
