I have a horrible migraine. I still have to take care of the kids...I tried 2 tylenol, and it's not doing anything. There is a knot in my shoulder, and it hurts into my neck and head really bad, only on one side....what is out there that i can take? I usually take Exedrin Migraine, but i thnk that's a no no...
