So I have been looking for EASY receipes for breakfast for our vacation.

A friend gave me this receipe and I just made breakfast. I like these omlets better than frying in a pan. The ziploc bags makes the omlet round and perfect. REALLY GOOD>



1. Have guests write their name on a quart-size Ziploc freezer bag with permanent marker;

2. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large, not more than 2) into each bag, shake to combine them;

3. Put out a variety of ingredients, such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, salsa, etc. Each guest adds prepared ingredients of choice to their bag and shake. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up;

4. Place bags into rolling boiling water on the stove for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water;

5. Open the bags and the omelet will roll out easily.

That's really cool! I will have to remember this one for sure! I always use butter or marg to do them in the pan so this would be less fat and calories too. That is if I don't over do it on the cheese

It was really good I did tomatoes and onions and then put a little cheese on top when it came out. It was really good.
