I'll be the first to post - my husband and I have 3 children, and we are finished. Dh had a vasectomy 3 weeks ago.... so it's final.

I had mixed feelings about it, but I know that this is right for us. I'm so in love with my 3 children, and honestly...I could see us adding another or two, but we have called it quits at 3. =)

DH is supposed to get snipped, but the referal still sits on the counter.

I started to post several days ago. I figured I couldn't be the only one done. We also have 3 dc, ALL girls.
We keep getting the same question, are you going to try for a boy?

Are they seriuos? We don't make boys, can't they see that?!? LOL

I seriously thought about trying for another, to round it out.... ya know, 2 girls. But, I'm sure I'd end up with 3 boys. LOL!

Well, we can all sit around and cuss and discuss while the other ladies are TC. =)

Dh wants a "v", but I want #3!! If he gets his "v" before I get pg then we're done :( I'm hoping for an oops.

You know I honestly don't know if we are done. There is a part of me that really wants to try for our little girl. But another part of me feels like 3 is to many. One is always left out?? I am not sure if that is really true. I would love one more, but the I wonder if that feeling of "one more" ever goes away.

For us right now we are done. It will be at least 2 years. Dh says we are done one minute and nothing the next. So who knows.

See, if we had all boys, or all girls... I would be very much wanting a 4th. But, I'm sooo exhausted with the three that I have right now to even think straight. I guess I feel that since both my older ones will be in school full time next year, it would be easier to have another. Then again, I should just consider myself lucky to have had extended periods of "alone" time with each.

I had 3 years of "alone" time with Joshua, then once he started school, I was blessed with 3 years of "alone" time with Brenna. Once Ian really starts to be "FUN" --- I'll have a couple of "alone" years with him as well.

I love our spacing! =)

But, I'm tired. I really think that one more would be the death of me. LOL!

we are done as well. While I was open for my C-Section my OB did a tubal. Its very sad for me but I do know that 3 is great and we can not afford any more and my health cant handle anymore. That still doesn't mean I can wish for hitting the lotto or something.. right?
And as for hearing "aren't you going to try for a boy? I get " oh you finally got your boy" I love my son so much, but that doesn't mean thats why we got pregnant. no matter what someone has a stupid comment.
