I had my 6w checkup on Wednesday, everything is good. Back down to pre-preggo weight, maybe even a couple lbs less so no complaints there! Bobby and I have not really discussed if there will be any more babies in the future but he sure did look really surprised when my OB asked if I was interested in BC this time and I said yes. I'm still undecided but most days I think I'm probably done. We ended up deciding to give the minipill a try again. I asked my OB what he thought the chances of getting pregnant on it a second time was and he thought we'd be okay but if getting pregnant was out of the question than not to chance it, seeing as I seem to be highly fertile even while BF'ing. So we'll see what happens this time :laugh

Bobby was so funny on the ride home. We didn't even leave the parking lot before the more babies convo came up and he definitely wouldn't mind having more babies (I think he might be trying to drive me straight to the looney bin). I don't know maybe I wouldn't mind having one more, but not for a little while. I like the gap between Brookie and Em... even a couple more months wouldn't be bad.

We did talk about the migraines and he doesn't think we should worry. He did give me a script for Fioricet and said it might make Em a little sleepy but would be okay. Other than that all is well and don't have to see him again until December

Come on now, you know you always have to one-up me while I'm preggo - that's what we've been doing for 4 years now, don't stop the fun

I agree though, the super close gaps (i.e. 13 months) are so, so tough. I think the 17 1/2 between Cade and Parker were ideal. This will be 16, so it's close at least.

Well, good luck on the minipill again, and hope the migraines get under control!

I'm sorry the migraines are hitting you. I've had them since I was 12, so I feel your pain. My mom has them, but her's didn't start until after baby #2. It's different with everyone.

Yup, your on to me Chris :laugh

Emma - do you experience the visual changes? I had another one yesterday and although usually the headache part hasn't been too severe the visual changes are crazy and make me really nauseas!

I get the visual changes although for me, so far since having babies they have stopped (knocking on wood here)

Good luck with the mini pill-any thought that the headaches might be tension related? I get nasty tensionheadaches occasionally after a long day and if I haven't relaxed before trying to sleep. Just a thought-although I have not had the vision changes then

I get the auras big time. It's always on the right side and starts with losing my peripheral vision and my eye will start to water. It sucks. I hope your headaches stop sweetie
