Ok, my cycles have been getting longer the last couple of months (29-32 days), so this seems very unlikely but just my luck! I'm on cycle day 9 and feel crampy, especially on the right side/back. I usually feel this around day 14-15. Well of course we BDd with no protection on day 7! Is this just me being paranoid because DH just made that 'V' appointment? Should I go get a ovulation predictor test? Why am I asking, I know what ya'll are gonna say any thoughts?

I'd either pick up a pack of OPKs or you could just temp for the next week or so and catch your temp shift and save the money. Or just wait it out and see if AF shows or not since you can't do much at this point

It's possible you're O'ing earlier than usual, or it's also possible the pain you're feeling is just from the growth of the follicle, esp. if it's a big one, you can feel pain as it lifts and tugs up from the surface of the ovary (like a pimple expanding upward), or could be a regular cyst, maybe leftover from last cycle (sometimes one of the follicles that grew in the cycle previous but lost to another follicle and didn't get popped, instead of regressing and being reabsorbed into the ovary it can stick around and grow a bit more which can cause O-type pains until it finally regresses or ruptures.)

Wouldn't it be something if you got preggers right before the big V? Poor DH, he'd be like WTF???

Ok, so I found 4 thermometers and I have no idea which one is the basal I picked the one most likely to be it and put it in the nightstand drawer. I figure it should be close enough to tell me what's going on the next week. Cervix is low and mushy. Not much CM to talk about. When I went into work yesterday, one of the girls I work with asked if I was preggers I said absolutely not! Well, she was the one to tell me I was preggers with Thomas (the day after conception) and she knew it was a boy Who knows, but Dh would just die!! Since I'm finally ok with the idea of being done, that would be just my luck!
