After much talking and flip-flopping back and forth we've decided upon the name Lily. The top three were Lily, Ellie and Audrey.

Question I have is would you spell her name Lily or Lilly?

Also, for middle names we like Ingrid, Helene or Paige. Which sounds the best?

IMO - if your naming her after the flower (or in connection with the flower) I would go with 1 "l". But either works. My order of preference for middle names for Lily is Paige, Ingrid, then Helene. Based on how it sounds to me.
