I agree with that. And, that is why as the parent of a food allergic child, you MUST educate yourself first and foremost. The Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network is such a huge help... and a great reference. You should see if there are any food allergy support groups in your area...and take Tony to a meeting, or something. There are many books regarding food allergies, and many allergy friendly cookbooks. (I own many!)

This is your child's life you are dealing with. Nothing is as precious.
