I found a wonderful in home babysitter! She is about 10 minutes out of the way but DEFINITELY worth it. She used to be a nurse before she had her four really great children (two of which are in college) and she only has Brody and one other baby to watch, so they get all of her attention.. I really like her a lot and am so glad I found her
