I have been popping in here and watching what is going on.
I have finally finished this semester. THANK GOD, I don't have my final grades, I am hoping for All A's but I don't know........
I am absolutely FED up with being sick and the kids being sick. I am still having problems with the pnuemonia. My chest started to hurt again last week. Went to the dr's (Urgent care place where I was diagnosed in June) they said they would put me on another round of antibiotics. I asked if they needed another chest x-ray and he said no, he was doing antibiotics regardless. So this weekend I noticed that my chest was burning more and more everyday, I called my (REGULAR) dr for an antibiotic switch and she said she wouldn't switch my antibiotics unless I truly STILL had pnuemonia and she wanted to see an x ray. I went yesterday to repeat the x-ray, my chest is nice and patchy white, when it should be ALL black on x-ray. They told me it would be 3-4 days before they got the result and then they would call me. But my chest really really burns and my cough is just getting worse. So I CALLED AGAIN> she called me at 5:05 PM, and told me that if I was truly getting worse to go back to the urgent care place. I had to wait for the diagnosis. Meanwhile i have 6 kids during the day and going to the dr's is a nightmare. ARGH
Bailey went to the ER on Thursday night, he has pnuemonia. I took Gage in on Monday, his is not gone all the way he is on antibiotics again. THen Tierney broke out with a fever this morning, she has a double EI because she is getting snotty.
Since June I have paid in medical CO PAYMENTS:

$75 Kids pediatrician appts, find out Gage has raile diagnosed as pnuemonia
$250 ER visit possible pnuemonia Tierney can't breathe
$250 ER visit uncontrollable crying because of nurse maid elbow
$25 pediatrician to look at undiagnosed nursemaid elbow
$50 to othopedic dr to fix nurse maid elbow.
$250 ER vist daddy gets stung by a bee in the face and goes into anaphylaxtic shock, gets prescribed EpI pen for future
$25 My chest is killing me I go back with fever to urgent Care
$250 Bailey is sent to ER for chest x=ray for pnuemonia
$25 Gage gets looked at by pediatrician gives more antibiotics
$25 repeat chest x-ray for me Chest still burning
$25 today for Tierney's appt
$25 for Friday Tierney's well baby.
TOTAL
$1300 since June 19
I am FED up with being sick.
