Either way, hope you feel better soon!

When I went to the sports medicine dr, he told me to strengthen my quads and gave me 3 exercises to do. My running mentor has found a ton of info for me so I have read up on runner's knee. I think my problem is that I am a women. I have wider hips and that puts my quads at an angle, causing them to pull my patellas at an angle, making them luxate. (I think I'm getting all that right.)
In Dallas there is a place that does the gait analysis and they charge $69. If my brace doesn't give me a temporary fix I will set up an appointment.
