14 pounds!!! I'm down to 134!! That means I have reached my 4th weight loss goal. If I lose 2 more pounds I would be extremely happy.
The dr said based on my height, 133 +/- 10% is a healthy weight for me. Since I have a small frame I could be a little lighter and still be fine.
Congrats...ive reached a platueau but i havent really eaten well or exercised so i bet if i do that ill loose.
