chicken
When my freezer bit the dust, i grabbed my chicken breasts at stuck them in the fridge. They were still frozen in the middle, but mostly defrosted. I left them in the fridge till yesterday..(Sat night they came out of the freezer, yesterday was Wed.) I browned the chicken at lunch..didn't cook it all the way through, just browned it. I let it cool on the counter for 45 minutes, and then put it in the fridge for DH to cook while i was at work. HIs mom ended up taking them out, so my chicken is still in the fridge. Do you think it's still ok? Waht temp would you bake it on, and for how long?
