I weighed monday afternoon. (I really wish I could weigh myself first thing in the morning, not after two meals.) I was back to 136.4. It seems that vacation and the week following it put 2 pounds on me. Now that I am back down I am hoping to shed 2-4 more pounds. I can't tell anyone IRL that because they wouldn't understand. Everyone thinks I am thin enough. I wish I could make people understand that it is possible for a tallish, small framed person to hide fat easier. I also think getting a little thinner will make running easier.
