Koloe

The best I've seen are toddler ones. I bought Liriel one last year and it barely could be considered to fit her. It's better now. I looked at local stores all last summer for one. Didn't see any really. Never checked a bike shop though. I have seen very young kids with helmets on though, so someone must sell them.
