1st class - Culinary School
OMG, my first class was awesome!!! And it was the class that the Chef instructor deems the "most boring" class. I didn't anticipate homework... but I have it. I have to make a "beef stock" from scratch... and turn in a cup next week. Plus I have a writing assignment. Sheeesh! I've never made stock, not even using bouillion... so this outta be interesting. =)
I'm really excited about these classes!!! It's going to be SO much fun. I've already learned a ton... I was so not using my knives correctly. =)
