I want a smoke
Because the reflux and nausea just aren't bad enough. I have been having freaking wicked reflux the past few nights and I am so miserable. I ate one of my homemade granola bars at 2:30am and it helped to quell the reflux enough for me to sleep.
Anyone have any not going to hurt my nursling, perhaps natural, reflux helpers? I am seriously getting so tired of feeling refluxy and nauseated. I start off just a fluxing and then feel sick.
Stupid body! It finally has figured out I am about to enter my mid thirties I guess!
