Platues (sp?)
When do you normally hit them during weight loss? It seemed like it took me forever to see a change on the scale.
Now, I have already past my first goal and I'm nearly to my second one. I am thinkng about lowering my goal by a couple of pounds. I just don't want to get frustrated if I will be at a stand still soon.
any ideas?
