Sounds like he has a yeast infection, so you can use the lotrimin and then aquaphor or vaseline. Augmentin is nasty and needs to be flavored. I've always been told that a bit of chocolate with each dose does wonders to help with the diarrhea, but obviously you can't do that with Dean. Give it to him with food/BM. That helps a lot. Keep him on the probiotics. I would cut Mike's dose on the probiotics and see if that balances things out? It probably won't make a difference, but you can give him some juice to counter that if it doesn't.
for his nose, you may need to try the Little Noses Decongestant drops. It's 0.125% concentration, the lowest you can get as far as I know. It's not recomended for kids under 2, but the dosing info I have is to use 1 drop every 4 hours, but not for more than 3 days(same for adults). Because of all his other issues, you may want to double check with the pedi before using them. Either way, keep up with the saline drops. You can use them as often as needed because they don't have any drug in them.
With the pulmicort, be sure to rinse his mouth and wash his face where it comes into contact with the med. It can cause yeast/thrush.
I hope they feel better fast.
